Coop’s Chicken & Smash Burgers

Victoria’s newest spot for THE BEST BURGERS AND BOLD FLAVOURS.

We’re here to serve up crave-worthy fried chicken and sizzling smash burgers, made fresh and served fast in the heart of downtown. Whether you’re stopping by for a quick bite or bringing friends to dig in, Coop’s is all about great food, a welcoming atmosphere, and the energy of our city.

Our Theme: Fried Chicken & Smash Burgers

At Coop’s, our menu celebrates two classics done right: crispy, golden fried chicken and juicy, perfectly smashed burgers. The smash burger has its roots in the American Midwest, where cooks discovered that pressing beef on a hot griddle created a crispy, caramelized crust with big flavor. We’re bringing that tradition to Victoria and pairing it with our signature fried chicken for a menu that’s hearty, delicious, and unforgettable.

Best traditional English pub in the area! It’s my favorite hanging spot after work. Great pies and ales and excellent music live shows every Saturday!
